Indie Square is the first of it’s kind in Utah. We are a coworking community dedicated specifically for nonprofit organizations. Our spaces and memberships are designed to help mission-driven organizations better Utah’s communities. We believe in the power of collaboration, and hope to build a community that promotes mutual success. We are not here to make a profit - we are incorporated as a Public Benefit Corporation unlike other coworking spaces.

Indie Square's core principles are: Creativity, Authenticity, Cooperation, and Inclusion. We strive to create an environment that fosters these four principles.

There are a few qualification we require from our members and tenants. These are:

• Hold 501(c) status and be able to provide Indie Square with a sales-tax determination letter

• Have a mission that aligns with Indie Square's values and core principles

• Be a mission-driven organization that aims to better Utah’s communities
